We hope you love your hoop — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you.

Our Returns policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following conditions:


  • Hoops must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging

  • We cannot accept returns for sale or discounted items (these are final sale)

  • Returns are for items with manufacturer defects or issues only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, as those go directly to the courier

  • If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we’ll get in touch to let you know

processing time:

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

You’ll be notified by email once it’s done. Refunds can take an additional 5–7 business days

depending on your card provider.
