Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your hoop — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you.
Our Returns policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following conditions:
Hoops must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging
We cannot accept returns for sale or discounted items (these are final sale)
Returns are for items with manufacturer defects or issues only
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as those go directly to the courier
If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we’ll get in touch to let you know
Package your band(s) securely – original pouch or packaging is preferred
Include your order number or a copy of your receipt

processing time:
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
You’ll be notified by email once it’s done. Refunds can take an additional 5–7 business days
depending on your card provider.
